The main duties:
Managing a team of 6 transactional clerks
Ensuring a high level of accuracy in processing finance transactions
Overseeing a high volume purchase and sales ledger
Managing a high volume of Direct Debits, standing orders and card payments
Maintaining cashbooks and banking controls
Maintaining new business processes
Production of Service Charges year ends
Dealing with internal and external accounts queries
Leading various system and process improvements
Ensuring the companies service level agreement targets are met

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Accounts experience working within a property would be an advantage. Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or relevant accounting experience is essential. Highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized with high levels of attention to detail. Able to work to deadlines in a busy pressurized environment. Education: Bachelor's (preferred). Experience: accounting: 3 years (preferred).
