Job Description

The successful Branch Manager will manage the day to day responsibilities within the branch including administration, managing the coordination teams, developing customer relationships with the Local Authority, private commissioners of services and the NHS. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who is looking for a new challenge. It's a busy branch offering personalised care packages for clients with a mix of needs, such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex care needs.

Essential
- Experience of managing a busy branch within Supported Living and Domiciliary Care
- Up to date knowledge of CQC regulations and legislations
- Must be confident in managing a large multi site staff team
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness
