Chase outstanding premiums from clients as per the Company Procedure (Direct Client & Business to Business)
Manage receipts relating to in-house direct debit scheme.
Produce and issues regular Statement of Accounts for clients and maintain accurate records.
Manage financial accounts of external stakeholders, handle reconciliation and settlement of debtor and creditor ledger balances.
Assist Cash Postings with the resolution of unallocated cash. Provide constructive feedback on issues which have resulted in mis-postings.
Hold regular forums with Business Units to promptly raise and resolve any issues as they arise.
Provide updates to Business on outstanding premiums for their branches and deliver a monthly debtors status report to your allocated Business Units highlighting any potential bad debt risks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
University degree preferable but not crucial. Knowledge of insurance products advantageous but not vital. Customer/client experience is important to your success as is previous experience working in Global Financial Services management. We're looking for you to have really strong B2B Credit Control experience. Excellent attention to detail, telecommunication skills and customer service focus. Conscientious, comfortable handling conflict management using an analytical problem solving approach. Able to priorities workload and plan ahead, fully confident operating to strict deadlines and achieving set goals. Eligible to work in the UK.
