Job Description
  • Managing the daily approval of payment requests, producing and investigating held funds reports and any subsequent analysis; whilst ensuring all aged transactions are observed and assessed.
  • Work in conjunction with insurer account technician to efficiently reduce held funds transactions, provide your team with any additional help and support if needed.
  • Take charge of the weekly funding report and seek appropriate action to recover the funded transaction balance; it's imperative that we track certain data within our business, you play a key part in this.
  • Manage your time, priorities workload and complete tasks to the highest quality. As a team, we aim to complete queries within a 24-hour SLA!
  • An effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, you ensure that work carried out by us constructively contributes towards our overall performance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A University degree is preferable but not essential. However, we do require knowledge of insurance products. Previous experience working in Financial Services / insurance industry will help you to become proficient in our practices quickly. With a can do attitude and real dedication to succeed, you're keen to make a difference fast. Excellent attention to detail along with excellent customer service focus and compassionate awareness. An ambitious self-starter, with strong analytical skills that can make recommendations that align with our business needs and goals. Multi-tasking and the core ability to priorities workload and plan ahead will be critical when it comes to operating to strict deadlines. Eligibility to work in the UK.
