Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
For jobs in Band B & C you must hold a minimum of 3 Higher or equivalent. 1. High level of relevant specialist knowledge of social housing, professional competence and/or experience of working in a regulatory environment. 2. Effective relationship management with a track record of working collaboratively with internal and external colleagues/stakeholders. 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills together with highly developed organizational skills with experience of managing conflicting demands and responding to tight deadlines where tasks can be unpredicted and unpredictable. 4. High level of analytical skills with a track record of being able to interrogate analytical and management information to identify patterns and draw out key themes and findings to support decisions, risk assessment or policy development.
