Ensure all Area Offices within the region follow operating procedures, policies and document filing standards to maintain a high level of consistency
Manage and monitor controls
Ensure data integrity is managed and maintained
To provide ad-hoc training, coaching and technical support
Minimize under-billing
Maintain communications between Area Offices and team members in Billing, Credit Control and Finance Operations Support which form part of the O2C virtual team
Support the resolution of day to day financial issues which affect P&L position for the region via relationships with funders and managers across the region e.g. aged debt
Act as the owner of key finance processes in operations and drive Continuous improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Operational finance experience/background (billing, invoicing, credit control, utilization etc.) is required and ideally experience in the Health & Social Care sector, although no essential. Must have 4-5 years financial / IT / administration experience in a busy office environment and 10 years’ experience of working as part of a team. Experience of working across different geographies with multiple parallel stakeholders. Able to effectively influence, engage and coordinate activities and drive consistency in working practices across business units. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exemplify leadership and composure under pressure, while maintaining high morale. Data - driven approach to decision making around commercial and operational practices. Proficient in IT skills, including all Microsoft Office systems, in particular strong Excel capability. GCSE at Minimum GCSE B grade (or equivalent) in English and Math. Desirable - Degree (or equivalent) level education, preferably in Business Management.
