Organising works and updating clients in line with completion dates
Answering calls from clients in regard to repairs/maintenance issues within their properties while consistently providing an exceptional level of customer service
Planning/scheduling multi-trade operative’s workloads, using bespoke software packages
Liaising with suppliers to allocate services to void properties, furniture etc
Liaising with residents/operatives /surveyors/supervisors/clients
Data entry and updating of various day to day spreadsheets
Diary/Calendar management for operatives
Collating & providing weekly reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Social housing experience Have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach as well as being articulate and a good communicator Be motivated to progress within the company Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high degree of professionalism High level of the English language, both written and verbal Experience of Microsoft packages with an ability to pick up new software quickly Enthusiastic, dependable, punctual, pro-active and self-motivated Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
