A growing Property business based in North West London are looking for a Part Time Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Working in a team of 5 in finance, the role of the Part Time Accounts Receivable Administrator is required initially on a 6 month fixed term basis, for four days a week.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, the Part Time Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for the collection of arrears with the residents
Ensuring the high risk candidates are given support
Assist with the direct debt run on a monthly basis
Looking at residents payment terms and dealing with any queries
Ensuring all Sales Force tasks are completed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal Part Time Accounts Receivable Administrator will also have at least 6 months experience working within finance and have the ability to deal with customers and their queries. Experience working in Property would be a huge advantage.
