Job Description

This role has been created to support the growth of the business, with the primary function of the role being to provide MI and reporting to evidence cost control and profitability across global client projects. Our client is looking for an experienced qualified or qualified by experience finance professionals with significant experience in an analytical position. The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset with previous business partnering experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Reporting directly into the Finance Director, the key responsibility is to provide MI and reporting to evidence cost control and profitability across global client projects.
• MI / statistical and performance reports with solution proposals to enable timely decision making
• Establish documentation and processes to enable handover to BAU team
• Implementing and enforcing controls within processes, with full documentation and handover
• Commercial support and insight provided across the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be a qualified or qualified by experience financial analyst. You will have worked in a highly analytical role providing MI and supporting financial information to senior stakeholders in the business. Proven stakeholder and business partnering experience is required, as is a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles. You will have a high level of Excel skills, with large data sets. A previous role in a construction or similar business would be beneficial.
