They are expanding and are looking for an EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join the team.
Most of the work undertaken by the company is residential developments, but not exclusively so. There are several large developments in the works and the company are continuing to grow. They are recruiting to support this. The team are longstanding and the company is well established, having been trading for over 30 years.
This role would suit someone with 5 years or more experience in a construction company office, who is looking to work in a busy and interesting environment. Because this person will need to “hit the ground running” it is essential that you have experience of the tasks below within a construction company.
You will be responsible for the head office administration and supporting the back office team. You will be able to establish and manage excellent working relationships with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that everyone has what they need in order to do their jobs successfully. There are some things that are very specific to the construction industry, so a working knowledge would be very useful to you in your day to day role.
