Job Description
My client is undergoing a strategic transformation project and is looking for Business Analyst who has worked on global projects. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across a breadth of business and IT functions to conduct gap analysis, options analysis, analyze and document requirements, process design, communications, and business readiness and to plan and coordinate the overall successful implementation of projects in line with the project charters.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to plan and lead the requirement analysis, working closely with the Programme/Project Manager. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and business process flows as related to the project. Supports the analysis of obtained data to identify solutions, trends, opportunities and issues. Communicate with systems analysts to explain business requirements. Lead and Participation of E2E UAT Strategy and execution. Experienced in the analysis and interpretation of business requirements across all aspects of transacting insurance or financial services business. Disciplined in the management of RAID, change and defect tracking and reporting. Demonstrate a proven understanding of business process re-engineering. The successful applicant will have solid problem solving skill, which demonstrable business process mapping and advanced Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Project.
