The objective of the HR Payroll Replacement project is to implement a flexible, efficient, responsive, robust and future-proofed system that is fit for purpose and meets the needs of our staff and other stakeholders.
The Business Change Analyst will play a key role in the completion of the overall business impact assessment of the HR/Payroll System. This will involve ensuring that all current business systems, processes and reports are identified and the impact on them analyzed and understood. It will require close collaboration with local business processers, subject matter experts and the system external supplier.
