Job Description

The objective of the HR Payroll Replacement project is to implement a flexible, efficient, responsive, robust and future-proofed system that is fit for purpose and meets the needs of our staff and other stakeholders.
The Business Change Analyst will play a key role in the completion of the overall business impact assessment of the HR/Payroll System. This will involve ensuring that all current business systems, processes and reports are identified and the impact on them analyzed and understood. It will require close collaboration with local business processers, subject matter experts and the system external supplier.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be a well-organized self-starter with an ability to analyze and explain complex information as well as having capability and experience of impact assessments, process mapping, design and documentation and continuous improvement, preferably in an HR/ Payroll environment. You will create and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication skills.
