Our client, a Mayfair based property company are looking for an Office Manager and Assistant to support their 20-person team in the UK office. A genuinely friendly and engaging culture and a role that offers variety as their linchpin office support.
Office Manager Duties
Answering and redirecting calls to the UK office phone line
Meeting and greeting all visitors
Meeting hospitality including preparing tea / coffee as required
Organising catering
Maintaining meeting room IT
Manage incoming and outgoing post
Archiving, filing, document prep, photocopying and binding of files
Ordering office supplies
Arranging Couriers
Liaise with Facilities Managers, organising repairs and office maintenance
Maintain H&S records, ensuring checks relating to workplace risk and fire safety are completed
Assistant Duties
Organising travel and hotel bookings for Directors and Team
Organising events
Diary management
Meeting planning and organisation
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years experience is a similar role. Candidates must have a flexible and mature approach to their work and the confidence to plan ahead using their own initiative. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) and be organised and methodical in their working practices.
Salary and benefits
£28,000 to £32,000 D.O.E
