Projects management for clients, with support from the wider team (including Exec’s & Managers)
This includes scheduling of work within commercial & brand KPI’s, taking accountability for deadlines & success, working on multiple overlapping projects at the same time, making the wider team aware of targets, etc..
Strategy management across brands (planning, execution, review)
Budget creation & management across multiple projects simultaneously
Monthly sales billing – keeping an eye on the GP you generate vs set targets
Reporting to company accountant & senior management
Key point of contact for shared brand activity, and able to provide progress updates to senior management
Manage the workload of individual projects/ brands and ensure wider team know their responsibilities within each project
Collaborate with senior management on any incremental campaign opportunities
Commercial awareness of what’s going on in the industry/ market, so as to identify and new opportunities as well as react to any competitor brands.
