Job Description
- Creating and maintaining plans, and working with stakeholders to actively manage day to day activities and support the lead to ensure delivery accountability is in place
- Assisting with RAID management, ensuring items are identified and addressed promptly and if necessary escalated on a timely basis
- Assisting in the production of programme level forum papers, agendas and various reports as required, ensuring they are prepared to a high standard on a timely basis
- Taking and managing actions and minutes at programme level governance meetings
- Assisting with ensuring work streams have the relevant documentation, plans and RAIDs in place, that they are maintained in a timely manner and are at the right quality
- Assisting with programme forums, having awareness of the programme progression and good understanding of all the risks and issues
- Ensuring the programme follows the company records management policy at all times
- Supporting Programme level budget maintenance and working with the Finance business partner to ensure accurate reporting and quality forecasting
