Job Description

I am looking to identify a Complaints Handler with the following for a contract at a Financial Services company based in Stirling:

Be available for immediate start

Initially would be a 3 month contract

We want contracts to state 3 complaint closures per day

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experienced Complaint Handlers in our business area. Need to be scheme and pension trained. Experienced in carrying out financial loss calculations and paying compensation.
