Job Description

A great opportunity has opened up for a Facilities & Office Manager to join a leading consultancy in London.

You will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and smooth running of a corporate office the consultancy's client, reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior Facilities Manager.

Day to day you will effectively manage reception/front of house staff, ensuring exceptional level of service is maintained. Manage the database to ensure all compliance, PPM and reactive jobs are captured and closed off accurately to comply with agreed SLA's.

Manage all third-party FM contracts to ensure they are reviewed, monitored and tendered in order to maintain an effective operation and meet the requirements of the client.
