Job Description

• Working with the Utility Operations team and their vendor partners to understand the end-to-end solution and/or workarounds, to deliver the required business outcomes
• Focusing on all Gloss changes impacting the Bank or Bank changes impacting Gloss
• Facilitate and/or participate in working groups with stakeholders, IT teams and the Utility Vendor, to agree the technical solutions between the Bank and the Utility
• Working with the business analysts to understand the use cases and ensure that the end to end solution delivers on them
• Ensuring solutions are being delivered in line with the Bank’s target state architecture, including working with the integration team to ensure full end to end test coverage.
• Working with the Bank-side teams to agree the Bank’s post implementation operating model and validate this during testing
• Assisting with platform overviews and production readiness in terms of end to end overviews/demos
• Creating and / or providing input into communication materials for the Programme and senior level stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

What we’re looking for: Experience of Broad ridge Gloss for Fixed Income and Equities Settlement. knowledge of Securities Settlement and Asset Servicing. Ability to partner with vendors and management of third party resources. Large scale multi-year system transformation programme experience with Cross border / multi geography project delivery experience. Ability to challenge status quo; ability to interpret business requirements into a tangible plan and spot inconsistencies. Proven leadership skills with highly developed problem management skills including being confident and able to communicate and negotiate at all levels. Ability to manage diverse stakeholder requirements and demands, and successfully negotiate a goal that achieves the best outcome for the Bank. Proven commercial awareness with the ability to balance structure & best practice versus pragmatism.
