Job Description
This role is office based (client has full covid precautions in place) and contact with customers will be via telephone and email so having the ability to really build strong rapport and respectful business relationships is a must!
A large part of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Daily proactive contact with customers to obtain payment of due/overdue debts
- Posting and allocating payments
- Opening new accounts, including credit checking/references/taking upfront payments
- Managing queries through to satisfactory resolution
- Carrying out account reconciliations as required
- Communicating with other areas if the business
- Dealing with any other associated correspondence
This role is Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm (30 min lunch) and salary on offer is £23-25k, salary will be offered depending on experience and role capability.
