With full on the job training, you will work towards an SQCF 6 Digital Applications Diploma whilst carry out the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of invoices including seeking internal authorizations and loading onto ledgers using relevant portals
Monitoring finance electronic mailbox for incoming invoices and supplier queries.
Finance inbox maintenance and filing.
Liaison with the procurement team and matching of orders to invoices;
Supplier statement reconciliations through specialized softwares
Preparation of weekly supplier payment listings for review and authorization through internal systems
Dealing with various internal contacts within the business
Assistance to the wider finance team as required
Additional Information:
Salary:£9464 - £13146 ( dependent on age NMW)
Monday to Friday 9- 5.30 40 hours
Annual leave 20 days plus 8 stats
