Job Description

A Central  real estate investment firm is currently exploring the market to recruit a newly / recently qualified Property Accountant / Financial Controller / Fund Accountant on a permanent basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- UK real estate / property related experience. - Exposure to working within the commercial and office space sector would be beneficial. - Jersey investment fund experience would be viewed as preferential. - Good book keeping capabilities. - Fully qualified. - Confidence and skills within produce regular financial reports. - Debt finance / management related experience would be preferential.
