As a Team Coordinator & Sales Operations Administrator you will be working a very fast paced varied role and supporting the sales and senior management team primarily. Day to day will be very different as there will be a wide range of tasks and duties. This will require a well organised, time managed, multi-tasking candidate.
Diary management of the Senior Management team
General administration duties including absence forms, pay slips, delivering post etc.
Recording of meeting minutes and chasing of follow up actions both internally and externally.
Supporting of the sales team with presentations, agendas, and preparation for meetings.
The Candidate:
Proven experience within a busy office management environment
Extremely organised
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint.
Able to multitask and priotritse accordingly
