Job Description

The Role:

As a Team Coordinator & Sales Operations Administrator you will be working a very fast paced varied role and supporting the sales and senior management team primarily. Day to day will be very different as there will be a wide range of tasks and duties. This will require a well organised, time managed, multi-tasking candidate.

  • Diary management of the Senior Management team
  • General administration duties including absence forms, pay slips, delivering post etc.
  • Recording of meeting minutes and chasing of follow up actions both internally and externally.
  • Supporting of the sales team with presentations, agendas, and preparation for meetings.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience within a busy office management environment
  • Extremely organised
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Able to multitask and priotritse accordingly
