Job Description

You will oversee large key accounts and work in delivering first class customer service, while also dealing with new business enquiries. 

Key duties and experience.

• Handling European Road Freight Imports/Exports – planning trailers, negotiating with hauliers.
• Producing import/export documentation
• Deal with any complex queries from Key Accounts.
• Work to tight timescales, deadlines and SLA’s.
• Strong ability in delivering a first-class customer service.
• Dealing with customer bookings / queries
• Processing customs clearance documents and clearance.
• Booking deliveries
• Producing and sending sales invoices
• Work closely with all internal departments, customer service, sales and finance.
