The role will have significant connectivity with the reporting team to build out data aggregation layer for both reporting tools and applications. First class stakeholder management with all consumers will be vital in ensuring successful project delivery in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have an experience in both software development and business analysis on a data platform, with the ability to solve complex data problems across legacy and future state technology.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Expert level experience in Software Development in Data-warehousing and reporting domain. Demonstrate proven track record in software development in below listed skills, technologies & techniques: Hands on expert experience on data analysis from warehousing, data visualization and reporting applications. Proficiency in reverse engineering, any transformation logic within a Reporting application / ETL (Informatica) / Oracle PL-SQL / UNIX script etc. Expert experience in analyzing complex & cross domain data requirements. Identify and define reporting-centric data mart requirements based on current implementation, along with improvement opportunities. Create work items (JIRA) and test cases for migrating disparate reports to new data model (conformed) driven reports and handle stakeholder management. Desired: Experience in a Big Data technology (Hadoop and Spark Architecture, Spark SQL, HIVE, SQOOP). Willing and able to learn the business and fully understand how and why tasks satisfy business needs. Experience in DevOps. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Lead associate level data analysts from a project delivery perspective, including the allocation and validation of tasks. Experience in Qliksense, Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, Informatica, Autosys (scheduling tool). Experience performing data analytics on Hadoop-based platforms. Experience in AWS S3, Airflow, Redshift. Experience in Java/J2EE/Spring Boot Development. Experience in cloud implementation. Experience with Python. Experience with JIRA/Confluence, and the SCRUM agile methodology.
