Job Description

As the National Account Executive, you will be regularly supporting the National Account Manager by providing pre-eminent analysis and administration across multiple functions & manufacturing sites supporting growth and ultimately maximizing sales.

Other key accountabilities include:

  • Effectively implementing launch plans for relevant new product development
  • Developing & enhancing customer contact matrix – buying teams, customer administration teams, supply chain etc.
  • Completion of internal & external commercial and demand forecasting
  • Provide brand/customer analysis to aid decision making of NAM
  • Undertaking specific projects in line with business needs & own personal development
  • Implement promotional plans which meet both the customers’ needs & those of C&C Group brands.
  • Ensuring all internal/external meetings & presentations are relevant & appropriate to MGB & the customers’ business values
  • Managing payments and overdue debts from each customer within set guidelines, liaising with credit control
  • Supporting wider take home team with administrative assistance & reporting when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for a National Account Executive or sales/customer focused professional that has some experience within a commercial sales environment preferably within a FMCG business. Full UK Driving License with the ability to work flexible hours and provide ‘on-call’ support – essential. Experience at analysis data and reporting findings. Excellent IT skills across all MS office packages, especially reporting on Excel. Financial understanding & analytical capability. Results driven while maximizing productivity through prioritization, time management & organization. Understanding of consumer & shopper.
