Signature Recruitment have a great opportunity available with one of our clients, a global manufacturing company, to join them as a Receptionist and Administrator on a full time, temporary basis.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a front of house position and possesses excellent customer service skills, as well as a great attention to detail. If you have these skills and are looking for a role to further develop your experience, then please read on!

Receptionist/Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests as they arrive
  • Taking, screening, and directing calls through the switchboard
  • Completing administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, delivering, and accepting mail
  • Handling courier deliveries
  • Dealing with any infrastructure issues
  • Liaising with maintenance staff to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Scheduling appointments, meeting times, and updating calendars
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered

Receptionist/Administrator Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous reception and administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and able to take the initiative
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
