The Corporate Actions Analyst will be a critical appointment and therefore we are keen to speak to high-caliber individuals with Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions experience.
Responsibilities of the Position:

• Processing stock notifications and issuing relevant event information to Front Office
• Collation and processing of client elections within market deadlines
• Processing outturns of stock and cash to client portfolios ensuring CGT is taken into account.
• Investigation and resolution of stock and cash breaks
• Assist team with the completion of statistics and daily tasks associated with Corporate Action functions and requirements, including regular liaison with Investment Front Office for remediation and query resolution.
• Assist with the bi-annual review of liquidations for tax pack purposes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Significant settlement operations experience gained within financial services. Corporate Action including new issues experience. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook). Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business. Excellent organizational and administration skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel. Strong Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to senior audiences. Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude.
