Job Description

• Identify and mitigate key change and implementation risks
• Ensure NAV Production is completed on a Daily basis
• Completion of Monthly trustee control packs and yield calculations
• Designing and delivering change interventions
• Implementation management, including planning, controlling and deployment
• Report on business outcomes and benefits management
• Provide timely reports on engagement status, risk and issues
• Roll out complex change of multiple countries, businesses and functions
• Ensuring the fair treatment of customers at all times
• Reassess operational risks within a multitude of projects
• Collation of business requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in “Change Analysis”. NAV, Valuations or Pricing background. In depth knowledge of daily middle office operations or Trade Management. Ability to develop basic Excel formulas. Experience of training design for systems and processes. Technical knowledge of a change environment. Financial Services background is essential. Understanding of risk. Excellent organizational and administration skills. Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude.
