Job Description

As the Financial Controller you will be part of the leadership team and be responsible for leading and developing the existing team, shaping business strategies, implementing process improvements, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of part qualified and & transactional based staff
• Detailed analysis of financial data to track progress
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Production of the annual budget and monthly forecasting duties
• Month end reporting
• Identifying and implementing process improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ICAS / CIMA Qualified. Experience working as a Financial Controller. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced excel user. Experience of working in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Ability to lead and develop teams. Experience of delivering a finance ERP.
