To lead, plan and manage work in our finance department
Support TIGERS’ Directors and Leadership Team in the production of company group’s financial models
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecast processes
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Ensuring the business meets all statutory and compliance obligations
To train and develop all members of our Finance Team
Continual review of processes and procedures to ensure financial control requirements are met
Have a strong desire to support young people to develop skills and knowledge in finance
Build meaningful relationships with learners, employer partners and stakeholders
Show a commitment to ensuring professional development remains relevant and up to date through accessing current research

Package
Salary Banding – £27,500 to £30,000 per annum

Strong technical accounting knowledge. Strong IT and analytical skills Problem-solving skills with a pro active attitude. Ability to interact with all levels of management in multiple areas. Potential to lead and motivate others. Ability to train and develop young people undertaking work experience within our office. Be a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic team player.
