The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:
First point of contact for all HR queries
Coordinating all recruitment
Managing the onboarding process
Supporting the team with maternity, paternity, annual leave etc.
Running reports.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Administrator must have:
HR Administrative experience
Experience working in education previously (desirable)
Enhanced DBS (desirable)
Excellent organisational skills.
