Hold monthly 121’s and provide feedback and objectives accordingly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly experienced within a Financial Services environment. A natural people person with outstanding people management skills. Experience working in a regulated FCA environment with a strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements. Ability to work closely alongside team members, coaching and motivating them. Excellent attitude and work ethic. Solid internal stakeholder management skills. Education: Bachelor's (preferred). Experience: Management: 1 year (preferred).
