An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join our Reconditioned Accounts Team based at Bathgate.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of management accounts for multiple sites within the Reconditioned Business Unit.

You will be responsible for preparing and reporting site management packs, spending time reviewing these with Site Managers to drive improvements and efficiency savings. You will support the sites with the management of internal controls, processes and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As an experienced Finance Business Partner, ideally qualified or part qualified as an accountant in ACCA or CIMA, you will have experience in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in addition to reporting and presenting management accounts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Ideally you will have had exposure to operations within a trading, commercial or manufacturing industry as well as familiarity of working with an ERP System. Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills along with good business acumen is key to success in this role. Experience: Management Accounts: 2 years (preferred). ERP systems: 2 years (preferred).
