Our client, who is one of the leading companies within the Facility Management sectors are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in Central London ASAP. You would be required to work on 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7am-7pm.
As a Helpdesk Administrator you will play a key part within the team and be responsible for recording, allocation and progressing of reactive and planned engineering requests.
Duties:
First point of contact for all planned and reactive maintenance activity, received by telephone and e-mail.
Inputting new work tasks in to concept to ensure that attendance takes place within the required timeframes.
Plan PPM work for engineers and sub-contractors
Track the daily work outstanding for engineers and sub-contractors
Understanding of the FM business/Helpdesk Experience.
An excellent telephone manner.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
