Job Description

We are looking for a professionally minded individual who is looking to build a career in the wine trade with progression only limited by your imagination.

The job spec in the beginning is simple.

You will be based in our Stirling Head Office.

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm.

You will be involved in key areas of the business and full training will be given.

Supporting the Ops team

• Sales Order Processing
• Bonded and Duty Paid stock Transfers
• Dealing with Customer requests

• To assist Finance Manager

• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Procurement (non sales lines)
• Reporting
• Bank and systems Reconciliations

There is also good scope for progression within our growing company.

Salary will be circa £20k-22k depending on experience.

There is a staff pension scheme in operation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will feel confident using computer systems and working both as part of a team and to their own deadlines. This would ideally suit someone who has wine knowledge, or has the desire to learn more about the wine & drinks industry. Experience in an finance environment or sales and logistics would also be of benefit. Full training will be given.
