Experience within property could be an advantage but is not essential.
Key responsibilities:
Expenditure Analysis
Management and control company expenses
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Bank reconciliations and presentation of banking reports
Assist with journal preparation for management accounts
Record depreciation and cost information for the property portfolio
Work closely with transaction teams, management and financial accounts and assist as necessary
Develop various spreadsheet models and analytical reports
