Job Description

This role will manage a wide range of onsite Quality Assurance as well as coaching and assessment of industry accreditations.

As the Quality Auditor your duties & responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure that the products and services we deliver for our clients conform to the specified requirements and agreed standards
  • Quality Auditing as well as assisting with general auditing with our Safety, Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team.
  • Advise suitable corrective and preventive action following the identification of any quality issues
  • Maintain quality audit levels for each programme of work across our client base
  • Represent as required for customer meetings ensuring customers and company’s quality standards are understood and implemented accordingly
  • Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment in keeping with company policy and procedure as well as any legal requirements
  • Provide support to installation whenever clarifications of methods and/or procedures are required.
  • Coach and mentor individuals in the correct methodologies for workmanship to the point of accreditation
  • Work with industry and our clients to ensure you are up to speed with the latest training and accreditations required for the work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working across companny. Auditing Experience. Must have a range of existing accreditations RF Awareness desirable. Rooftop Access and the associated equipment awareness. First aid. Manual handling. Ladder rescue desirable. NRSWA supervisor. IOSH working safely. Overview and good knowledge of industry fixed and mobile.
