Job Description

The role incorporates Quality performance monitoring and reporting systems whilst working closely with the Quality Manager and other company SME’s to ensure standards and controls are achieved at all times. Key responsibilities include:

• Consumer and Supplier Complaint Management
• Co-ordinate the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring high hygiene standards across the site
• Undertaking internal audits to verify that working practices are safe, maintain quality and minimize the impact on the environment as well as meeting the CCEP Standards
• Support external auditors with their audit process, being suitably prepared
• Understanding, promoting and communicating Micro conditions for success & performance, with an active role in performance improvement
• Ensuring the cell complies with the Quality, Safety and Environmental plans in accordance with Kore/ISO/FSSC
• Support HACCP/ food safety initiatives to ensure compliance and product safety
• Ensuring our team and site are working efficiently by exploiting new technologies and industry best practice
• Sharing best practices with other team members and colleagues to improve customer service, line utilization and performance
• Promote and coach behaviors across the site, by example and support
• Primary cell contact for us related incidents (ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis, Accident/Incident investigation)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Working knowledge of MS Office. Practical experience of workplace auditing or product/environment testing. Practical experience of undertaking risk assessments (food safety, quality, safety or environment). Relevant QESH qualification is desirable (e.g. NEBOSH, Food Science Degree, IEMA, C&G Quality Control). Working knowledge of SAP is desirable. Strong team player. Ability to problem solve.
