Job Description

• Conduct risk based audits, document the results in accordance with the internal requirements and IIA standards.
• Draft audit findings and agree with the key business contacts on remediation plans.
• Perform aftercare duties by supervising the adequacy and timely completion of remediation plans.
• Work with the IA leadership team to implement suggested improvements to the function.
• Anticipated travel of up to 30% with potential for international travel on occasion.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA / CIMA / IIA / AIA / FIA / CII / CISA qualified auditor or equivalent preferred, part qualification also considered. Proven experience gained within a similar role, preferably within insurance, brokerage helpful. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Analytical with strong attention to detail, highly numerate and at ease with salient information. Happy to form a key part of an effective team whilst delivering results independently. Results-oriented, able to thrive a high pressured environment, motivated to meet goals and ensure good quality in every aspect of IA work. Eligible to work in the UK.
