Job Description
  • Proactively manages and processes all company claims, liaising with Allianz Insurance, repair Centre’s & third party drivers/insurance companies
  • Effectively and efficiently manages accident claim costs through the claims process, reporting issues to FD/MP. This includes an out of hours’ telephone assistance to all reportable accidents.
  • Manages & identifies which dealerships are due to be audited focusing on FCA and Deal File Compliance & CI Facility Audits
  • Accurately completes FCA Deal File Audit assessing dealership compliance to specified rules and regulations.
  • Accurately prepares FCA Compliance Report, feeding back any issues to the Head of Compliance in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinates & completes dealership CI Audits across all sites, within the audit cycle.
  • Agrees effective improvement plans with manufacturer auditors replying issues to Managing Partner to support achievement of Manufacturer Standards.
  • Ensures all data is accurately recorded, communicated and followed up the relevant manager daily.
  • Captures and reports manufacturer data on a weekly basis to the Head of Compliance/Board of Directors
  • Ensures awareness of any changes issued by the manufacturers and communicate training & updates across all sites

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What we are looking for: Experience within a compliance or regulatory role is essential. Experience of the Motor Trade would be beneficial. The ability to manage projects to tight, legally defined deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build relationships at all levels. Intuitive problem-solving skills. Demonstrable ability to priorities demanding and conflicting workloads and to adapt to frequent change.
