We are looking for consulting professionals, which are likely to be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, US CPA or CA qualified, who have a strong background in Financial Services. Candidates should have experience of working in assurance, regulatory, risk and / or controls projects either as a consultant / advisor or within industry.

We are looking for people with a comprehensive external network in banking and capital markets, insurance or asset management clients within the National Markets with experience in developing business relationships and generating service opportunities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Desire to build / develop a career in assisting Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management clients on topics relating to regulatory and risk governance. Experienced in consulting and building client relationships and networks, and proposing ways in which we can support client agendas. Ability to lead teams and deliver our solutions to meet client needs, preferably demonstrated in a professional services environment. Practical experience of business development in the National Markets Intellectual rigor / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalize these into a workable solution which can then be delivered. Ability to operate with stakeholders / manage projects which potentially span all functions within client organizations. High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work and lead under pressure. Successful track record working in Regulatory and Risk services or with Retail Banking second line experience, ideally having previously worked in a Big 4 Consultancy practice. Market network in the National Markets and have a strong track record of business development and consulting. An ideal candidate would have a combination of professional services consulting and/or assurance (e.g. external auditor, internal auditor, forensic / financial remediation work or through controls reviews / initiatives) and industry experience. Professional qualification either in practice ACA/ CA/ ACCA / US CPA (ICAEW, ICAS, Irish Institute or equivalent international qualification) or an equivalent in industry, ACCA, CIMA.
