Benefits Administrator
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Location Brentwood, Essex
Salary £24,000 to £30,000

As a result of an increase in workload and company growth my client is adding to their HR team and need somebody flexible, as they are growing and expanding within their company.
On a day to day basis your duties will include;
- Processing new business benefit applications
- Open the benefits window to employees and organise to send out reminders
- Enrol new employees into the company pension scheme
- Organising private health care
- Maintaining client records
- Dealing with day to day queries from employees
- Issuing annual statements and processing group scheme renewals
- Administrative duties such as handling the post, filing, answering the telephone and archiving
- Assisting with HR duties working within the HR department, dealing with Payroll, Learning and Development and assisting with Recruitment
Skills required for the role;
- Employee Benefits Administration background
- excellent organisational and communication skills when answering the telephone
- Attention to detail and accuracy is also essential
