Job Description

You will be accountable to the Training and Assurance Manager for leading the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement function across the business, ensuring the application of industry best practices and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality and continuous improvement goals are met.
This role is the recognized point of contact in the business for all quality and continuous improvement matters.
Responsible for ensuring that the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard and other related standards are maintained across all activities.
Promote and develop the Comprehensive Assessment Program ensuring all assessment and monitoring activities are recorded and conducting subsequent trend analysis and facilitating any Root Cause Analysis Activity should it be required.
Develop and maintain Continuous Improvement Strategy in support of the Business Excellence Plan. Support leadership in delivering functional excellence plans and lead Structured Improvement Activities.
Encourage and inspire individuals at all levels in the organization to embrace change and promote Continuous Improvement as a cornerstone of culture whilst providing coaching and mentoring to Greenbelts.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience of working with in a quality role in a highly regulated environment. Experience in improvement activities. Experience as an Auditor. Green Belt or Black Belt Certified. ISO Lead Auditor.
