A leading FTSE listed employer is looking to recruit an experienced Group Accountant to join a dynamic team and take responsibility for preparation of Group Cashflow statement.

The Roles and Responsibilities of the Group Accountant Position will Include;

* Preparation of workings for the Group Cashflow statement
* Monthly review of balance sheet accounts
* Provide training and guidance on company accounting policies
* Support in preparing the relevant parts of the quarterly press release as well as the Annual report and accounts
* Assist internal and external auditors with compliance reviews
* Improve and implement new processes where necessary
* Supporting line manager on other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Be ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified * Have experience in preparation of financial statements * Exposure to IFRS * SAP experience * Be a confident communicator * Possess the drive and ability to improve current procedures
