You will also provide guidance, feedback and support to junior members of the team, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met successfully and any issues or discrepancies are resolved accordingly.
Accounts (60%)

• Producing the year end statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Assisting with ad-hoc advisory on producing management accounts, as well as assisting and training clients on systems.
• VAT compliance, corporate and personal tax compliance

Audit (40%)

• You will be the lead senior auditor from planning, fieldwork to completion. Your portfolio will consist of clients typically around £10m in turnover. Commercial audit client examples include construction, manufacturing, drinks companies, as well as charities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will be an exam finalist or qualified (ICAS/ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within accountancy practice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
