HR Assistant – Full time (5 days per week) (3-month contract)

Location: Old Broad Street, London

We have an exciting opportunity for a bright candidate to join our team in London as an HR Assistant.

As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a customer-focused approach on the Shared Service Team. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, and you will be expected to support the HR Shared Service Centre and HR Shared Service Centre Team Leader in delivering the business agenda.

In this role you will be providing administrative support on employee life-cycle processes and maintain the data on our HR Information System (Workday) to keep up to date with all legislative / regulatory compliance requirements. To achieve this, you will be naturally organised, detail oriented, client-centric and someone who thrives under the pressure of tight deadlines.

We are looking for a confident and proactive candidate who has extensive experience working in HR, preferably with Workday and Case Management systems.

Core Responsibilities:
HR Administration

Respond to HR queries and information requests through our Case Management system (Dovetail) in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate general & HR administrative support.
Administration of employee life-cycle processes across the UK business.
Maintain digital employee records in our HRIS (Workday).
Other ad hoc duties as required.

Person Specification:
Extensive experience in a professional HR environment.
Proficient in MS packages (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience using Workday & Case Management.
An understanding and knowledge of HR best practice (i.e. GDPR, employment legislation).
Positive attitude with a strong customer service acumen.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage work on time.
Demonstrated ability to ensure confidentiality.
Flexibility and ability to work in a very fast paced and changing environment.
