Job Description

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the management of 15 overseas offices and review of the companies’ overseas operations. Fostering robust relationships with the overseas and UK finance teams, you’ll bring an innovative approach to the improvement of group-wide systems and processes, including helping with the global roll-out of new ERP system and improvements in monthly reporting for overseas offices and the group.

In addition to helping spearhead transfer pricing implementation group-wide, other key deliverables include:

• Setting up new overseas legal, banking, payroll and financial entities

• Overseas compliance, including occasional overseas travel

• Liaison with external advisors and auditors

• Financial and commercial analysis for each office.
