Job Description

- Plan, assess and implement clinical support plans whilst evaluating the effectiveness of these.

- Responsible for the delivery and oversight of clinical care.

- Monitoring and safe use of medication including storage and administering.

- Mentor and support staff.

- Training of new staff.

- Ensuring accidents and complaints are recorded and dealt with efficiently.

- Providing Nursing duty cover as part of an on call rota.
