Job Description

As a Deputy Ward Manager you will have previous experience in a similar setting as a nurse, and have excellent knowledge in healthcare and managing people. You will be leading the nursing team, ensuring procedures are being followed and a safe environment is maintained.

You will be an integral member of the team, offering your peers on-going guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary support system and skillset.

As this is a new role created within the nursing team structure at Cotswold Spa Hospital it will be subject to review in six months. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•Have a relevant nursing Qualification. •Evidence Personal learning and development. •Offer service user centred care. •Be a team player. •Be self-motivated •Possess leadership skills and management of people skills. •Have experience within a leadership/management capacity. •Ideally have experience of working in a CAMHS or Eating Disorders setting.
