Job Description

As one of our highly-valued Care Assistants, you’ll be the highlight of your clients’ day. You’ll always go the extra mile to put a smile on their face and you’ll do your very best to help them feel comfortable, supported and reassured, whether they’re spending the day at home or out and about.

Your role will be varied and rewarding - no two days will be the same. You’ll assist your clients with personal care including eating, drinking and getting dressed, and you’ll act as a companion for their favourite social activities.

You’ll support your clients to the best of your ability, respecting their choices and independence, and helping them to live happy and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own home.
